1. Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to a logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect identified at the time of receipt
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs or videos where applicable.
3. Non-Refundable items

- Opened or partially used consumable products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Change of mind or personal preference after purchase

- Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approval
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
