These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of systler.com and to information or communications initiated through the website. Systler Products Pvt. Ltd. ("Systler", "we", "our" or "us") is an India-based botanical ingredient sourcing and export company serving business buyers.

This website is primarily a B2B information and inquiry platform. It is not, by itself, an online retail store or a binding offer to sell any product. Product availability, specifications, pricing, testing, documentation, lead time, packing and shipment terms are confirmed separately for each commercial requirement.

1. Scope and website use

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with website operation, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, misuse forms, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

We may restrict access, reject abusive submissions or take reasonable protective measures where misuse, fraud, spam, security threats or unlawful activity is suspected.

2. Systler's role

Systler coordinates botanical ingredient sourcing, supplier qualification, specifications, commercial terms, testing requirements, documentation, private label projects and export execution through suitable manufacturing, processing, laboratory, packaging, logistics and other service partners.

Systler does not represent that every product shown on this website is manufactured in a Systler-owned facility. The actual supplier, manufacturer, processor or service provider depends on the selected product and commercial requirement.

Where manufacturer or facility information is legitimately required for quality, regulatory or vendor-approval due diligence, it may be coordinated according to the stage and requirements of the project.

3. Website information

Website content is intended to describe Systler's capabilities, product categories, sourcing approach and typical requirements. It should not be treated as a guaranteed specification, certificate, test result, stock confirmation, price, lead time or offer for any particular lot or shipment.

Botanical ingredients can vary by supplier, origin, crop, processing method, grade, mesh, active parameters, certification status and production lot. Current commercial details should therefore be confirmed in writing before an order is placed.

We may correct errors, update content or change product information when new or more accurate information becomes available.

4. Inquiries, samples and quotations

Submitting a contact form, sample request or quotation request does not create an obligation for Systler or any supplier to sell, manufacture, reserve inventory or accept an order.

A quotation is prepared against the information available at that stage and may be subject to validity, quantity, supplier confirmation, testing, packaging, freight, insurance, exchange rate, documentation, taxes, duties or other stated assumptions.

Samples may be representative of a product or previous production lot. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a sample does not guarantee that every characteristic of a future commercial lot will be identical.

5. Orders and commercial acceptance

A buyer purchase order is not automatically accepted merely because it is sent to Systler. Commercial acceptance occurs when Systler confirms the order or issues or accepts the applicable transaction document, subject to any stated conditions.

The accepted transaction may specify product, quantity, unit price, testing or document charges, packing, Incoterm, payment terms, validity, lead time, destination and other commercial conditions.

Changes requested after acceptance may affect price, lead time, testing, packaging, documentation or manufacturing feasibility and require written re-confirmation.

6. Specifications, testing and documentation

Product acceptance should be based on the specification and evidence agreed for the transaction. Website descriptions are not a substitute for the accepted commercial specification.

During evaluation, Systler may share representative or previous-lot specifications, COAs, laboratory reports, certificates or declarations where available. Representative evidence is not presented as evidence for a different actual sales lot.

Where actual-sales-lot testing, a batch-specific COA or other lot-specific evidence is required, the scope, method where specified, laboratory, testing charges and timing should be agreed before the testing is commissioned.

Supplier, manufacturer and facility certificates belong to the named entity and apply only to the scope stated on the relevant certificate. They are not blanket Systler certifications.

7. Private label and formulation projects

Private label projects may range from filling and packing a defined ingredient to a more complex custom formulation or product-development requirement.

Where formulation development is required, technical feasibility, formula ownership, development charges, ingredient availability, target-market requirements, manufacturing capability, MOQ, packaging and timeline must be confirmed for the specific project.

A preliminary concept, discussion or requested formula is not a guarantee that a proposed partner can manufacture the finished product until feasibility has been confirmed in writing.

8. Packing, Incoterms and shipment

Packing, shipment route, freight, insurance, export documents and transfer of cost or risk are governed by the quotation or other accepted transaction document and the stated Incoterm.

Systler may quote on EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or another agreed basis where appropriate. Under CIF, marine cargo insurance is included as required by the agreed term; under CFR, freight is included but insurance is not included unless separately agreed.

Delivery and transit dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may arise from production, testing, documentation, customs, port operations, carrier schedules, weather or other factors outside Systler's reasonable control.

9. Buyer and importer responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer or importer is responsible for determining whether a product, intended use, label, claim, formulation or import arrangement is acceptable under the laws and regulatory requirements of the destination market.

Systler may coordinate supporting information, testing or documentation, but this does not constitute legal, medical or regulatory advice and does not replace the buyer's own compliance, customs, importer or professional review.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, Systler branding, website design elements, graphics and original content published on systler.com are owned by or licensed to Systler and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Supplier certificates, laboratory reports, third-party trademarks, product images or other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on or transmission through Systler does not transfer ownership.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit Systler website content without permission except where use is permitted by law.

11. Third-party services and links

This website may link to or rely on third-party services, including laboratories, manufacturers, logistics providers, social networks, WhatsApp, analytics providers or other external websites. Systler does not control the independent availability, content, security or terms of those services.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided without a guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every user's intended purpose.

Systler is not responsible for a buyer's reliance on website content in place of an accepted product specification, quotation, contract, laboratory report or destination-market compliance review.

Any liability arising from a specific commercial transaction is subject to the terms of the applicable accepted quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order acceptance, supply agreement or other governing transaction document, together with any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Events outside reasonable control

Systler will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural events, war, civil disturbance, government action, regulatory change, labour disruption, crop or raw-material disruption, power or network failure, port congestion, carrier interruption or similar events, subject to the terms of the applicable transaction.

14. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy. Please review that policy for information about data collection, use, sharing, cookies, analytics and privacy requests.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These website Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any different dispute-resolution provision in an accepted transaction-specific agreement, disputes relating specifically to these website Terms will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Amritsar, Punjab, India.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, our business processes or applicable requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date.
