IEC - Import Export Code
Systler Products Pvt. Ltd. holds a valid Import Export Code (IEC) issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India. IEC is the primary registration required for all export shipments from India.

FSSAI License
Licensed under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Our FSSAI license covers the sourcing, processing, and supply of food-grade botanical ingredients including psyllium husk, ashwagandha, moringa, cinnamon, and black seed.
FDA Facility Registration
Processing and supplier facilities in our supply chain hold US FDA facility registration under 21 CFR Part 1 (Bioterrorism Act). Our processes are aligned with FDA food safety frameworks for dietary supplement ingredients.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Third-party COA from an accredited laboratory for every batch. Tests include: heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), microbial counts (TPC, E.coli, Salmonella, yeast/mould), purity, moisture, and identity.
Product Specification Sheet
Detailed specification document for each product covering physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters. Suitable for QA review, supplier qualification, and regulatory submission.
Allergen Declaration
Signed allergen declaration confirming absence of the 14 major allergens including gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, soy, eggs, sesame, and cross-contamination status at the facility level.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Government-endorsed Certificate of Origin issued through an authorized chamber of commerce confirming Indian origin. Required for customs clearance, duty calculation, and trade agreement compliance in most markets.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by FSSAI / APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) certifying that the botanical material meets the phytosanitary import requirements of the destination country.
Full Shipping Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading (B/L), and any additional customs documentation required for the destination country. All documents cross-referenced and consistently formatted.
Available on request for specific products
Organic Certification
Organic certified options are available for ashwagandha and moringa. Certification issued by accredited Indian organic certifiers recognized under USDA NOP and EU Regulation 2018/848.
Halal Certification
Halal-compliant supply is available for black seed products. Halal certificate issued by a recognized certification body. Suitable for GCC and Muslim-majority market requirements.
MSDS / TDS
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) available for all products on request. Suitable for regulatory submissions, customs documentation, and internal QA requirements.
Certification FAQs
Yes. Our IEC number is provided to verified buyers upon request. FSSAI licenses can be verified on the FSSAI public portal. We are transparent about our registration details and will not withhold any compliance information from legitimate buyers.
The COA is batch-specific - issued by an independent third-party laboratory for the specific production lot being shipped. It is not a generic document. Each batch receives its own COA with unique batch number, test date, and laboratory stamp.
Yes. Our products are supplied with documentation meeting the requirements for US dietary supplement ingredient procurement including COA with heavy metal limits per USP/AHPA guidelines, allergen declaration, and specification sheets. Final cGMP compliance remains with the finished product manufacturer (as per FDA 21 CFR Part 111).
Yes. We share a recent batch COA as part of our initial response to all serious inquiries. This allows your QA team to review the test parameters, laboratory, and results before any commitment is made.
