Export certifications & documentation for botanical ingredients
Systler combines its India export registrations with product, quality, supplier and shipment documentation coordinated around the selected ingredient, buyer requirement and destination market.
The right documents for the right transaction
Export documentation is not a fixed bundle that is identical for every botanical ingredient or destination. The required package can change with the product, supplier or manufacturer, buyer specification, destination country, Incoterm and shipment.
Systler coordinates company registrations, product and quality evidence, laboratory documentation, applicable certifications and shipment documents around the actual commercial requirement. Where a certification is required, the supporting evidence is reviewed against the selected supply before it is represented to the buyer.
Company-level export & food business registrations
These are Systler company-level registrations. They should be distinguished from product-, supplier- and facility-specific certifications.
IEC registration
Systler Products Pvt. Ltd. holds an Import Export Code (IEC) for international trade from India. Registration details can be provided to legitimate buyers during commercial qualification.
FSSAI Central Licence
Systler holds an FSSAI Central Licence for its applicable food business and export activities. Product and transaction requirements are reviewed against the applicable scope before commercial supply.
APEDA RCMC
Systler holds APEDA Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC). Its relevance to a shipment depends on the product and applicable export requirements.
Documents coordinated around the commercial requirement
The exact documentation package is confirmed according to the ingredient, selected supply, specification, buyer requirements, destination and shipment.
Company & export documentation
Product & quality documentation
Shipment documentation
What each document supports
Not every document is required for every shipment. The applicable set is confirmed against the product and transaction.
COA & laboratory reports
Analytical documentation is coordinated against the agreed product specification and testing scope. Parameters can include microbiology, heavy metals, pesticides, identity, active compounds and other product-specific requirements.
Technical specification sheet
The specification defines the agreed commercial and quality parameters for the selected ingredient and provides a reference point for supplier qualification, testing and buyer QA review.
Product declarations
Allergen, GMO, dietary and other product declarations can be coordinated where applicable, based on the selected product and supporting supplier or manufacturer documentation.
Certificate of origin
Certificate of origin and other applicable origin documentation can be coordinated for commercial export shipments according to the product, origin, destination and shipment requirements.
Phytosanitary documentation
Phytosanitary and related plant-health documentation can be coordinated where required for the selected botanical product and importing country.
Commercial & transport documents
Systler coordinates commercial invoices, packing lists and applicable transport documentation according to the shipment mode, Incoterm and commercial transaction.
Certification requirements are verified against the selected supply
Certifications such as organic, Halal, food-safety certifications or destination-specific facility registrations belong to a particular product, supplier, manufacturer or facility. They are not treated as blanket certifications covering every Systler product.
Organic requirements
If certified organic supply is required, specify the product, destination and required certification framework. Suitable supply and supporting certification evidence are reviewed before confirmation.
Halal requirements
Where Halal-certified supply is required, the certification status and supporting evidence for the selected product and facility are reviewed before the requirement is confirmed.
Facility & market requirements
Where a buyer requires a specific facility registration, food-safety certification or destination-market document, Systler checks the requirement against the proposed manufacturing or supply facility.
From buyer requirement to shipment documents
Documentation requirements are identified early so they can be incorporated into sourcing, testing, quotation and shipment planning.
1. Define requirements
Confirm the ingredient, specification, quantity, application, destination, Incoterm and required certificates or documents.
2. Review evidence
Review available supplier, manufacturer, facility, product and certification evidence against the buyer's requirement.
3. Confirm the package
Agree which technical, quality, certification and export documents form part of the commercial requirement before execution.
4. Coordinate shipment documents
Applicable commercial, origin, plant-health and transport documents are coordinated according to the final shipment.
